She consciously avoids trends that seem ephemeral, instead opting for a classic aesthetic that is timeless yet reflects her own style and artistic vision. The resulting jewellery is eclectic and contemporary, with a hint of ancient influence, designed for modern women to wear everyday. Some of them are minimalist in style, while others reflect the wabi-sabi philosophy of the beauty of imperfection. This Japanese philosophy of life approaches aesthetics from a different perspective to the Western approach. To see the beauty in a flaw, in an imperfection, in a small imperfection that does not spoil but makes the wearer, in this case the jewellery, even more special.
Each piece is made by hand, from carving from wax, sawing, soldering to final polishing and buffing.
